How long is Dispatch time?
I Dispatch orders Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If I can dispatch earlier I will.

How long does the Shipping take to deliver after dispatch?
Australia post are struggling to meet demands. Keeping in mind that the normal expected arrival date with regular post may not be up to standard, it is recommended that you select express post as that option is currently being proitorised but also is taking longer than expected for regular tracking post.
Regular Tracking Post- 1-7 Business Days Delivery
Express Post Tracking- 1-4 Business Days Delivery

Can I Click and Collect if I am in Brisbane or Gold Coast?
Yes you can! My collection point is in Yarrabilba 4207 QLD. Please email collection@magicfromtheground.com for a code before placing your order and futher instructions for collection will be emailed to you.

What time is Click and Collect?
Between 10am and 1pm Weekdays
Between 10am and 12pm weekends

Do I need proof of purchase for click and collect?
Yes, please provide the confirmation of your order. This will be in your email. Show this on arrival of pick up.
